Sessions will provide opportunity for you to engage and learn sustainable, long lasting skills that enable you to live a meaningful, proactive, value based life. Work at your own pace with the goal of learning and applying realistic coping skills that fit within your life style, decreasing symptoms, improving mood and overall day-to-day functioning. During sessions I utilized a wide range of modalities to fit your individual needs. Common themes addressed in therapy include complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, spirituality, relationships, work stress, parenting support, family issues and career changes.
